Being one of Malaysia’s top HDPE-lined pipe manufacturers we excel in providing corrosion-resistant piping solutions for oil & gas, mining, water treatment and chemical processing industries. Our HDPE lining technology adds strength to steel pipes with superb chemical resistance. Through our own proprietary techniques high-pressure insertion or thermal shaping, we form leak-free seals that guarantee performance. Coming in an assortment of diameters and thicknesses our pipes are fashioned to international standards with up to 100 bar pressure ratings. Our HDPE-lined pipes are engineered for hostile environments, providing enduring performance, minimized upkeep and predictable fluid transport in a variety of applications.
Select HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) for robust, affordable and chemically resistant solutions in general-purpose applications such as containers, pipes and wear strips. It is suitable for low to moderate temperatures (up to approximately 120°C) and is simple to shape.
Use PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) when you need excellent chemical resistance, heat stability (up to about 260°C), and a very low friction coefficient—perfect for seals, gaskets and non-stick or sliding applications. Although more costly and less mechanically strong than HDPE, it performs well in harsh environments.
HDPE-lined pipes are steel pipes internally coated with High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) which provides the strength of steel along with the corrosion resistance and smoothness of HDPE. The pipes are suitable for use in mining, slurry transport, water and chemicals where abrasion or internal corrosion is an issue. The HDPE liner is inserted in the steel pipe and then expanded so that it fits snugly. This design increases the pipe’s lifespan, reduces maintenance requirements, and enhances flow efficiency, making it the ideal solution for demanding, high-performance piping systems in extreme conditions.

HDPE lining provides excellent resistance to corrosion, abrasion, and chemicals, while also improving flow efficiency and extending pipe service life.
It’s commonly used in mining, slurry transport, wastewater, oil & gas, and chemical industries.
An HDPE lined pipe consists of a host pipe (usually steel) lined internally with High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) to combine the strength of steel with the corrosion resistance of plastic.
The lining is inserted using methods like tight-fit lining (thermoplastic reversion), where HDPE is temporarily reduced in size, inserted, and then expanded to fit tightly inside the host pipe.
HDPE lined pipe typically operates in a range of -40°C to 60°C, though short-term exposure to higher temperatures may be possible depending on pressure and application.
